KINGWOOL® ceramic fiber blanket is a lightweight insulation product. It has low thermal mass, which means it retains no heat and has low thermal conductivity, making it an extremely effective thermal insulator. Its high thermal shock resistance makes it suitable for applications where traditional refractory materials cannot be used. So-called refractory ceramic fibers are made of high-purity aluminosilicate materials.

KINGWOOL® Ceramic Fiber Blankets consist of long, flexible interwoven fibers, manufactured through a 'blowing' and 'spinning' process to produce a strong, lightweight and durable fiber blanket suitable for temperatures from 1260°C to 1600°C scope.
KINGWOOL® ceramic fiber blanket is pure white in color and has a flat surface. The size can be cut according to your requirements.

KINGWOOL® ceramic fiber blanket is made by adding a small amount of high-purity aluminum silicate fiber binder through automatic control and continuous production process. It has the characteristics of accurate size, good flatness, high compressive strength, light weight and excellent thermal performance. Anti-seismic and anti-stripping, it can be widely used for heat insulation around the kiln, the bottom lining, the fire position of the ceramic kiln, and the mold of the craft glass.
