Rongsheng ceramic fiber modules are made by folding or cutting Rongsheng ceramic fiber blankets by experienced professional technicians. We use special equipment for the production of modules to determine the exact dimensions and keep the surface of the modules smooth, which are then applied to various thermal lining equipment. The product has the characteristics of reliable quality, quick installation and superior insulation performance.
The Rongsheng ceramic fiber module adopts reinforced H-shaped anchors, which are stronger and closer to the cold surface. It ensures strength at high temperatures. The fixed connecting rod is welded by high-quality heat-resistant steel and stamped butterfly plate. Two circular fixed connecting rods are embedded in the module system, which increases the bearing area and ensures the firmness of the anchoring system.
