The medium temperature phosphating solution does not need surface modification procedures, nor does it need to add neutralizers and accelerators, as long as it is diluted with water within the specified temperature range, it can be used to form a uniform and dense phosphating film. The phosphating film has good anti-corrosion performance and can provide long-term anti-rust effect. At the same time, the film has excellent adhesion to various paints, and all recoating properties exceed national standards. The solution has less sediment and does not require frequent cleaning.

2 usage

2.1 Preparation of working fluid (calculated by one ton)

a) Add about 500KG of water into the tank, then add 167KG of medium phosphating solution, stir well and make up the remaining water. (Phosphating solution: water = 1:5)

b) Heating to the specified processing temperature.

2.2 Work program management:

Total acidity: 40-60

Free acidity: 4-7

Temperature: Dipping 60-70 °C

Time: Dipping 10-15min

2.3 Replenishment and adjustment of working fluid (calculated by 1 ton):

The concentration of the working solution is constantly changing during the continuous processing, so it is necessary to measure it and add the stock solution to ensure the best condition.

One ton of working solution is generally added with 4KG stock solution, and the total acidity can be increased by 1 point each time.

3 Packing and Shipping

3.1 30KG/plastic drum, 200Kg/plastic drum.

3.2 Storage period Store in a dry place away from light for one year.
