The medium-temperature phosphating solution does not require surface modification procedures, nor does it need to add neutralizers and accelerators. It can form a uniform and dense native phosphating film as long as it is diluted with water in a specified temperature range and used in proportion. The phosphating film has good anti-corrosion properties and can provide long-term anti-rust effect. At the same time, the film layer has excellent adhesion to various coatings, and all recoating properties exceed national standards. The solution has little sediment and does not require frequent cleaning.

2 purposes

2.1 Preparation of working fluid (calculated based on one ton)

a) Add about 500KG of water into the tank, then add 167KG of medium phosphating liquid, stir evenly, and make up for the remaining water. (Phosphating solution: water=1:5)

b) Heated to the specified processing temperature.

2.2 Work plan management:

Total acidity: 40-60

Free acidity: 4-7

Temperature: Dip 60-70℃

Time: Soak 10-15min

2.3 Replenishment and adjustment of working fluid (calculated based on 1 ton):

During the continuous treatment process, the concentration of the working fluid is constantly changing, so the original solution must be measured and added to ensure the best condition.

Generally, adding 4KG of stock solution to one ton of working solution can increase the total acidity by 1 point each time.

3 Packaging and transportation

3.1 30KG/plastic drum, 200Kg/plastic drum.

3.2 The storage period is one year in dark and dry conditions.
