2. How to use

2.1 Tank liquid preparation (1 ton)

a. Tank reagent: IC-2001-1A zinc phosphating coating agent

IC-2001-1B Zinc Phosphating Coating Agent

NT-125 neutralizer

Accelerator AC-130

b. First, fill the tank with water to 50% of its capacity. Next, add 4.5-5.0 kg of NT-125 neutralizer. Thirdly, add 50 kg of IC-2001-1A and stir evenly until the flocculent precipitate is completely dissolved. Finally, add the remaining water and stir well. Confirm the process index and heat to the processing temperature. Before use, add 1.3 kg of AC-130 accelerator and stir well.

2.2 Tank liquid management

Total acidity: 18 to 36

Free acidity: 0.9 to 1.8

Accelerator: 2.0 to 5.0

Temperature: Dipping: 15 to 25 degrees

Spraying: 30 to 45 degrees

Time: Soaking: 15 to 20 minutes

Spraying: 2 to 4 minutes

Spraying pressure: 0.6～1.0kg/cm².

3. Detection and Analysis

3.1 Total acidity (points)

Take 10ml of tank liquid into a conical flask, add 3-5 drops of phenolphthalein indicator, and titrate the above solution with 0.1M sodium hydroxide standard solution until it is colorless to light red. The amount (ml) of 0.1M sodium hydroxide standard solution is called the total acidity point.

3.2 Free acidity (points)

Take 10ml of pot liquid into a Erlenmeyer flask, add 2-4 drops of bromophenol blue indicator, and titrate the above solution with 0.1M sodium hydroxide standard solution until it turns yellow to blue-purple. The amount (ml) of 0.1M sodium hydroxide standard solution is called the free acid point.

3.3 Accelerator Detection
