Process performance

u Process description
- Ø Degreasing: It is best to use a suitable alkaline degreasing system. Please refer to the relevant product specifications;
- Ø Water flushing: continuous overflow should be maintained to prevent pollution;
- Ø Rinse with deionized/reverse osmosis water: the workpiece is rinsed before nano-phosphating. Continuous overflow should be maintained to prevent contamination;
- Ø Nano conversion: stay within the recommended parameters;
- Ø DI/RO water flushing: continuous overflow control conductivity less than 25us/cm;
- Ø Drying: It is recommended to dry completely. Dry in an oven indirectly heated to 110 to 170°C for 10 to 20 minutes.

1) IC-2011 is a coupling agent-based chemical that can clean the surface of metal materials and form a complete nano-coating. Form conversion coating on the surface of steel, zinc, aluminum, no heavy metal, no phosphate.
2) IC-2011 can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of the metal coating and prolong the corrosion time.
3) The corrosion resistance of IC-2011 is greater than or equal to iron phosphate/polymer blocking and chrome-free after water washing. Suitable for normal temperature spraying or dipping treatment process, deionized water washing treatment.
4) IC-2011 can be matched with various coatings.
