Human uric acid (UA) ELISA kit
Purpose
Our Human Uric Acid (UA) ELISA kit is used to determine UA levels in human serum, plasma, culture media or any biological fluid.
in principle
This ELISA kit uses Sandwich-ELISA as the method. The Microelisa strips provided in this kit are pre-coated with UA-specific antibodies. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate Microelisa strip wells and bound to specific antibodies. UA-specific horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated antibody was then added to each Microelisa strip well and incubated. Free components are washed away. Add TMB substrate solution to each well. Only those wells containing UA and HRP-bound UA antibodies will appear blue and then turn yellow upon addition of stop solution. Optical density (OD) was measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm. The OD value is proportional to the UA concentration. You can calculate the concentration of UA in a sample by comparing the sample's OD to the standard curve.
