1. Physical and chemical properties

Appearance: white powder

Temperature: 25~55 degrees

Processing time: 10~20min (can be determined according to the degreasing condition of steel)

Concentration: 30~50kg/Ton (according to the condition of material oil)

Free alkalinity: 14~19PT (3% aqueous solution)

25~30PT (5% aqueous solution)

2. Preparation method (1 ton)

2.1 Fill the tank to 90% of its capacity.

2.2 IC-TPo 30～50kg Dissolve in a small amount of water, pour it slowly, submerge and stir.

2.3 Add water to 1 ton and stir well.

2.4 Heat to the required temperature and confirm the free alkalinity of the working fluid.

2.5 The amount of IC-TPo degreaser can be appropriately increased for the parts with heavy oil pollution.
