Overview:

1. How to use

The degreasing agent can be sprayed to clean the surface of the workpiece.

2. Preparation method (1 ton)

2.1 Fill the tank with water to 90% of its capacity.

2.2 Dissolve 40-60 kg of IC-TP in a small amount of water, then slowly pour it into the tank.

2.3 Add remaining water and stir evenly.

2.4 Heat to the required temperature, and confirm the free alkalinity of the working fluid.

2.5 For parts with heavy grease, the dosage of IC-TP degreasing agent can be increased appropriately.

3. Treatment conditions

Free Alkalinity: 25 to 30 PT (3% in water)

Temperature: 25 to 55 degrees

Time: 10-20 minutes (can be determined according to the degreasing condition of the steel)

Use concentration: 40~60kg/ton (depending on the severity of raw oil)

4. Detection method

Take 10ml of degreasing solution to the Erlenmeyer flask, add 50ml of distilled water and 3-5 drops of phenolphthalein indicator. Titrate the above solution from red to colorless with 0.1M sulfuric acid standard solution. The amount (ml) of 0.1M sulfuric acid is called the free alkalinity point.

5. Supplement and Adjustment (1 ton)

When the free alkalinity is lower than 15, add IC-TP degreasing agent.

In general, 2 kg of IC-TP can increase the free alkalinity by about 1.
