Product Description
SUNTHERM rock wool production line
The raw materials used in rock wool production include basalt, dolomite, binders, etc. The raw materials are loaded into the hopper by an elevator, heated and melted by the melting furnace, and then entered into the melt launder. After the lava flow is cooled, it is spun into fibers by a centrifuge and then sprayed into the fiber forming chamber. During the spraying process, the adhesive is added and the fibers are heated by negative pressure wind. Pull down to the mesh belt to form the original felt. The mesh belt transports the raw felt to the swinging machine to swing the cloth. The laid out raw felt is transported to the curing oven by the distributor and runs forward between the upper and lower chain belts. A hot air blower blows hot air into the curing oven. The cotton felt is cured in the furnace, and the cured product is cut, first longitudinally, then transversely, and the finished product is packaged and stored in the warehouse.
