Shuojin ceramic fiber blanket
Shuojin ceramic fiber blanket is a blanket with higher tensile strength made of ceramic fiber through a unique double-sided needling process. Fiber blankets do not contain organic binders.
Shuojin ceramic fiber blanket has good chemical stability and can resist most corrosive chemicals (except phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid and strong alkali). Even if this series of products are wetted by oil, water or steam, their physical properties such as temperature resistance and heat insulation will not change.

●SHUOJIN-1000°C blanket is a lightweight and flexible thermal insulation fiber blanket made of kaolin.●SHUOJIN-1260°C blanket is a high-purity, light-weight, high-strength flexible double-sided needle-punched blanket. Its excellent tensile strength, airflow resistance and fire and heat insulation properties make it widely used on different hot and cold surfaces. Warm and insulated. There are various thicknesses, widths and densities to choose from.●SHUOJIN-1425°C blanket is made of high-purity alumina, silica, zircon sand and spun ceramic fiber through double-sided needle punching. Has very low high temperature shrinkage properties.●SHUOJIN-1500℃ blanket is made of high-purity alumina, silica and a small amount of chromium oxide. Due to the chemical stability of chromium oxide, its shrinkage rate is small under long-term high temperature, which effectively fills the temperature gap between the zirconium-containing fiber and the alumina crystal fiber.●SHUOJIN-1600°C blanket is made of mullite fiber, double-sided needling, without any adhesive or other ingredients. The long-term use temperature can reach 1600°C. In an oxidizing atmosphere, a neutral atmosphere or a weakly reducing atmosphere, it can still maintain the original toughness, strength and softness after long-term high temperature.●SHUOJIN-1600°C blankets are more resistant to acid and alkali corrosion than ordinary ceramic fiber blankets. Because it does not contain slag balls, it has better thermal insulation performance, and its advantages are more prominent in reducing atmospheres.
