CNC machining of quartz products
GLS Quartz supplies fused silica plates from a standard stock range or custom sizes and options. Fused silica plates are widely used in industry and science because of their optical and mechanical properties. These properties make it resistant to chemicals, high temperatures and thermal shock. This includes large quartz plates of up to 1 square meter to protect the device, as well as sophisticated optical windows with multi-layer coatings. It is machined into custom designs in various shapes and thicknesses.
