LH-21 synthetic cutting fluid
LH-21 synthetic cutting fluid is based on Japanese patent technology. This product is an environmentally friendly product compounded by a variety of imported water-soluble anti-rust active agents, corrosion inhibitors and lubricants. It does not contain nitrite, phosphorus, chlorine, sulfur, lead and other substances harmful to human body and environment, and has high biodegradability. For protection of equipment, tools and workpieces in metalworking.
It has many advantages such as simple operation, lower cost, and improved working environment. This product is an ideal synthetic antirust solution for ferrous metals. The product complies with JISK2241-86 standard (1 of water-soluble cutting fluid W2.
1. Appearance: light blue transparent liquid, without stratification or precipitation.
2 PH value: 8.5～9.5 (5% solution)
3 Rust resistance: more than 72 hours (5% solution, 35±2 degrees, grade 1 gray cast iron).
2.1 It is suitable for grinding and anti-rust processing of cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel and other materials.
2.2 Synthetic cutting fluid has excellent lubricating, antirust, cooling and cleaning properties, which can prolong tool life, improve workpiece finish and processing efficiency. It can also be used for rust prevention between processes.
2.3 Non-toxic, no smell, no pollution, no irritation to the skin, long-term use will not corrode machine parts and painted surfaces.
2.4 It is suitable for high-speed processing of various high-speed machine tools, such as turning, milling, grinding, planing, etc.
2.5 Easy to use: just dilute with tap water at room temperature.
