Product Description
VCI-801 environmental protection cutting fluid is a semi-synthetic water-based cutting fluid compounded by various oil lubricants, extreme pressure agents, antirust agents and additives. Has excellent surface penetration, lubricity, cleaning and rust resistance. Moderate pH value, no irritation to the skin. It is not moldy in summer and has a long service life. It is suitable for cooling and lubricating stainless steel cutting and grinding. According to the difficulty of processing, the dosage is 5%-20%. It overcomes the problems that the traditional emulsified oil is easy to smell in summer, difficult to dilute in winter, and poor in rust resistance. It has no adverse effects on CNC lathes and ordinary lathes, and has no corrosion on machine tools. It is a leading product in cutting processing.

Instructions:
1. When grinding and ordinary cutting, the usual dosage is 5%. 2. For drilling, tapping and other processes, the usual dosage is 10% to 20%.
