LY-Y303
LY-Y303 is a new type of biostable water-soluble cutting oil. Its unprecedented unique formula design makes the water-soluble cutting oil have good capacity, lubrication, cooling, cleaning, rust prevention, anti-microbial and other functions. It meets the high-speed, high-precision, multi-functional, high-efficiency and high-flexibility process requirements of modern machine tools, machining centers and automated production lines. It is suitable for various cutting and grinding operations such as ferrous metals, copper alloys and aluminum alloys.
1. Features
1.1 Non-toxic, non-irritating, good anti-immersion, safe and reliable.
1.2 It has good extreme pressure, lubrication, cooling and cleaning performance.
1.3 It has excellent anti-rust performance for workpieces and equipment.
1.4 Solution pH: 8.0~9.0
2. Usage
Recommended concentration:
Abrasive machining: 3%~5%
Broaching, reaming, tapping: 10%~15%
Cutting: 5%~8%
If you increase EP, then 15%~20%
Preparation method:Add water first, then oil. Dilute with clean tap water. Preparation
Stir the emulsion of a certain concentration evenly.
Can be used.
Preparation Requirements: When preparing (changing) new oil, the old oil should be drained out
Remove liquids, cleaning materials and oil, clean tanks and pipes
Rinse thoroughly with circulating water. (If the old liquid has decomposed, it is best to add
Disinfectant) Use 0.5%~1% of this dilution to circulate and clean the sink, and finally prepare
solution and stir well.
Supply new fluid:When the working fluid needs to be supplied, add water at the same time.
The corresponding amount of stock solution should be added in proportion to maintain
The density of the fluid is sufficient.
3. Storage
Store in a sealed container at room temperature in a dry, cool, ventilated warehouse. Avoid exposure to sunlight and rain during storage and transportation. The recommended storage temperature is no higher than 40°C.
