Yingkou Dehong Carbon LLC was founded in 2018, and the predecessor was founded in 1995 which is Yingkou Desheng LLC. Meanwhile in 2018, it established HK QIAN YI YUAN INTERNATIONAL TRADING LLC as its professional international team to develop its international market. Currently, it has estabilised firmed relationship with Emiratessteel from UAE, Jindal from India and Oman, Misano from Italy and so on. With 50+ professional and technical personnel, 30+ presales team, 30+ after-sales service team, totally around 800 employees, Yingkou Dehong established firm relationship with many domestic and international customers.Our plant has 65,000 tons of annual production capacity of graphite electrode, possessing annual production approval of 160,000 tons from government, covering 300000 square meters. Our plant have been certified by ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001. From dosing, to forming, to baking, to impregnating, to graphitization and CNC machining, our plant possesses the full production procedures, adopting the most advanced equipment:1. A set of 4000TON/39.2MN extruding machine, a set of 3200TON extruding machine, as well as two sets of 2500TON/24.5MN extruding machine2. A set of fully automatic dosing system3. A set of 18 rings baking kilns, and a set of 36 rings baking kilns4. 2 lines of tunnel kilns5. One set of 16000KVA DC graphitization furnace, plus one set of 32500KVA DC graphitization furnace. The major products refer to DIA200mm to DIA750mm graphite electrode RP, HP, UHP, we also do other carbon related products like graphite power, graphite blocks and so on.
