Harbin Comprehensive Bonded Group Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as Harbin Comprehensive Bonded Group) is a wholly state-owned enterprise approved by the People's Government of Harbin, Heilongjiang province and prepared by the Management Committee of Harbin Comprehensive Bonded Zone. On August 20, 2020, the group was established on the basis of Harbin Eastern Investment And Construction Co., LTD. At present, the group has six member enterprises, with assets under management of nearly 4 billion yuan, and is responsible for the overall operation of the First phase of Harbin Comprehensive Free Trade Zone (covering an area of about 1.5 square kilometers). China has made outstanding achievements in aerospace cooperation, bio-medicine cooperation, oil, gas and energy cooperation, and import and export of minerals and bulk food with Russia.
