Pultruded products
The pultrusion process is a continuous method of manufacturing composite profiles using rovings with other continuous reinforcement composites, polyester surface mats, etc. Carry out resin impregnation, and then pass through the same cross-section forming mold, and continuously release the mold after curing in the mold. Therefore, pultrusion products come out through this automated production process. Pultruded products include glass fiber pultruded profiles, carbon fiber profiles, glass fiber and carbon fiber mixed or stretched profiles, ABS/PE or similar thermoplastics and FRP co-extruded profiles. Common products include round bar, round tube, flat steel, square tube, angle steel, U profile, I profile, T profile and other special profiles.
