Product Description
Alkaline Protease is a kind of proteolytic enzyme obtained by submerged fermentation, extraction and purification of Bacillus subtilis through protoplast mutagenesis screening. It is a serine-type endoprotease that is hydrolyzed under alkaline conditions. The peptide chains of protein molecules generate polypeptides or amino acids, and can also catalyze the synthesis of polypeptides in organic solvents.

Temperature range: The effective temperature range is 20-60°C, and the optimum temperature range is 35-45°C. Alkaline protease is a kind of basic protein, the catalytic site is serine, and it has excellent performance at higher temperature and moderate alkalinity.
* pH range: the effective pH range is 6-11, and the optimum pH range is 9.5-10.5.
* Effect of metal ions on enzyme activity: Ca2+, Mn2+, Mg2+, Zn2+, Fe2+ have activation effect and are not sensitive to enzyme activity
The metal integrator EDTA, heavy metals and sulfhydryl reagents, as well as reagents acting on serine such as sulfonyl halides will inactivate them.
