Sunson xylanase SBE-06X is made from the best strain of Aspergillus niger through cultivation and extraction technology.
The product is produced in accordance with the food-grade enzyme standards promulgated by FAO, WHO and UECFA, and complies with FCC. It can be used in flour treatment to produce custom flour and also to improve backing and cooking quality.

For bread production: the recommended dosage is 10-20 grams per ton of flour. The optimum amount depends on the quality of the flour and processing parameters and should be determined by baking trials. It is best to start testing with the smallest amount. Overuse will reduce the water holding capacity of the dough.
