STA high temperature silicone rope/fire resistant rope
High temperature silicone rope/fire-resistant rope:
1. Fiberglass braided rope is made of continuous filament deformed C or E glass yarn, which has extremely high strength, elasticity and flexibility.
2. Widely used as gaskets for industrial ovens, furnaces, boilers, and wood-burning stoves.
3. Fiberglass braided rope does not contain asbestos and is harmless to health. It is an ideal substitute for asbestos rope.
4. For higher loads, round braided and square braided ropes can be reinforced with steel wires.
5. It can also be coated with graphite or vermiculite to increase heat insulation and wear resistance.
Three different styles are designed to meet different application needs:
1. Ceramic fiber round braided rope is a dense, elastic and strong rope. It is made of ceramic fiber yarn woven on the ceramic fiber rope core to form a circular cross-section filler.
2. Ceramic fiber square braided rope is a dense, elastic and strong rope. It is made of ceramic fiber yarn woven into a square cross-section ceramic fiber rope core to form a square cross-section filler.
3. Ceramic fiber twisted rope is a soft rope, which is made of ceramic fiber yarns twisted left-hand/right-hand.
Glass fiber reinforced rope can be used in high temperature applications up to 650°C and has electrical insulating properties.
Stainless steel wire reinforced ropes can be used in high temperature applications up to 1050°C for higher strength.
Ceramic fiber ropes are widely used in heat insulation and sealing of stoves, boilers, burners, industrial furnaces, coke oven doors, heat exchangers, kiln cars, etc.
