SIM-PHY5LHIt is a liquid phytase, a new generation of 6-phytase [EC3.1.3.26], derived from E. coli modified by Pichia pastoris, and produced using advanced bioengineering technology. This product can decompose the indigestible phytic acid (phytate) in grains and oil seeds into inositol, phosphoinositide or phosphoric acid, thereby releasing digestible nutrients such as phosphorus and calcium to enhance the nutritional value of plant raw materials. Improve nutrient utilization and reduce environmental pollution caused by phosphorus use.

pH value 2.5-5.5; suitable temperature is 37°C.

It has better heat resistance, with an activity retention rate of more than 90% at 95°C.

Unit definition:

1 unit of phytase is equal to the amount of enzyme, releasing 1 μmol of inorganic phosphorus in 1 minute. From 5.0mmol/L sodium phytase, 37°C, pH5.5.

This product is used as a feed additive.

For different animals, we recommend the following doses based on phytase solution 5,000u/mL:

Storage:

It should be stored and transported in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place, away from sunlight.

Validity period:

Liquid: 6 months at 25°C, 90% activity retained.

If unopened, it should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and cool place.

Increase dosage after shelf life.
