Yingkou Dehong Carbon Co., Ltd. was established in 2018 as the third factory, located at No. 10 Yongsheng Road, Laobian District, Yingkou City, Liaoning Province, China, with a registered capital of 200 million yuan. The predecessor of Yingkou Desheng Co., Ltd. was established in 1995. The first plant is located in Yingfeng Village, Nanlou Economic Development Zone, Dashiqiao City, Liaoning Province, China, with a registered capital of 90 million yuan. In 2008, Yingkou Deyuan Carbon Co., Ltd. was established in the same area. In addition, Hong Kong Qianyiyuan International Trade Co., Ltd. was established in 2018 as a professional team to develop the international market. Up to now, the three factories cover a total area of 300,000 square meters, with an annual output of 65,000 tons of graphite electrodes and 15,000 tons of other carbon-related products, and have passed ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 certifications.
