Phytic acid is the main storage form of phosphorus in grains, legumes and oilseeds. It has a variety of physiological functions and also significantly affects the functional and nutritional properties of cereals, pulses and oilseeds (and their derived foods and feeds) by forming complexes with proteins and minerals. Phytate is described as phytate. More precisely, phytate is a mixed potassium, magnesium, and calcium salt of phytate found in grains, legumes, and oilseeds in chelated form.

The addition of phytase to animal feed allows animals to more readily utilize phosphorus in grains, thereby reducing the amount of supplemental phosphorus needed for optimal animal performance.

SUKAPhy is a phytase preparation obtained by submerged fermentation of high phytase microbial strains. It is widely used as a feed additive in poultry (broiler and layer) and pig rations.

Working Mechanism

Phytases produced by bacteria or fungi can decompose inorganic phosphorus from phytate molecules, thereby increasing the bioavailable phosphorus content of feed grains. By increasing the bioavailability of grain phosphorus, the amount of supplemental mineral phosphorus required to balance feed rations is reduced. Likewise, the amount of phosphorus released into the environment through manure as unutilized phosphorus is reduced.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. When stored at lower temperatures (less than 25°C), SUKAPhy maintains its activity for a considerable period of time. Product should not be frozen.

Operation precautions

SUKAPhy is non-toxic and biodegradable. However, unnecessary contact with the product should be avoided. Prolonged exposure to protein products such as SUKAPhy may make some people sensitized to the product. Wash hands with warm soapy water after handling. Please keep this product out of the reach of children.
