Prodrill High Range Soundless Cracking Agent ( HSCA ) is a non-explosive blasting agent used for rock breaking, concrete blasting in quarrying, mining and construction.

What is expansion mortar/silent cracking agent/rock breaking chemical/silent non-blasting demolition agent?

1) Description: It is an oxygen-free and cemented powder consisting of calcined oxides of calcium, silicon and aluminum. EXPANSIVE MORTAR, also referred to as SCA for short, becomes a high power amazing expansion pressure of 11200 T/m2 when mixed with water.

2) Working principle: It develops a high expansion capacity at a constant volume of more than 122 Mpa (11200 T/M2), which is enough to break down any material to be cut or demolished. The tensile strength of most rocks is less than 5-25 Mpa (500-2500 T/m2 50-250 kg/cm2), reinforced concrete is at 3-5 Mpa (30-50 kg/cm2, 300-500 T/m2) .

3) Method: Mix the expansion mortar powder with 30% water, pour it into the pre-drilled hole, then walk away, expand and crack within 4-24 hours. It is environmentally friendly. It does not release any toxic or harmful substances.

4) APPLICATIONS OR USED FOR: Crushing of black granite, marble, limestone, sandstone overnight with no noise, vibration or flying stones. Especially, when used in environments where explosives are restricted or where the use of explosives is not permitted.
