CrackMax expanding mortar or chemical stone cracking powder, expanding cement slurry, silent cracking agent (SCA) is a non-explosive demolition agent and is a commercial alternative to explosives and pneumatic blasting products in demolition, mining and quarrying. What is expanding mortar/silent cracking agent/rock breaking agent/silent non-explosive demolition agent?
1) Product description: It is a non-toxic, cementitious powder made from calcined calcium, silicon and aluminum oxides. Expanding mortar, referred to as SCA, will produce a high-power and amazing expansion pressure of 11200T/m2 after being mixed with water.
2) Working principle: It develops a high degree of expansion capability at a consistent volume of more than 122 Mpa (11200 T/M2), which is enough to break any material to be cut or demolished. The tensile strength of most rocks is less than 5-25 MPa (500-2500 T/m2 50-250 kg /cm 2), and that of reinforced concrete is 3-5 MPa (30-50 kg /cm2, 300-500 T/ M2) .
3) How to use: Just mix the expanding mortar powder with 30% water, pour it into the pre-drilled hole, and then move away, it will expand and crack within 4-24 hours. It is environmentally friendly. It does not release any kind of toxic or harmful substances.
4) Application or use for: Crushing black granite, marble, limestone, sand and gravel overnight without noise, vibration or flying stones. Especially used when environmental restrictions or the use of explosives are not allowed.
