YH series activated clay adsorption decolorization assistant
YH series activated clay has the characteristics of strong adsorption capacity, low oil yield, high activity, easy sedimentation and filtration, and low acid return rate. Products are widely used in petrochemical, pharmaceutical, oleochemical, animal and vegetable oil purification, and can effectively remove pigments, kanamycin, and odors in edible vegetable oils. As a decolorizing agent, it is also widely used in soap, plastic, resin, paint, washing powder, food, brewing and other industrial production. As an adsorbent, it is also widely used in the removal process of organic phosphorus, organic sulfur, aflatoxin and other harmful substances. It can polymerize olefins to synthesize high-grade lubricating oil, and it also has a good effect on radioactive waste water treatment.
The appearance of the product is white powder, insoluble in water, oil and organic solvents. Due to the effective adsorption chamber, it has strong adsorption force, large adsorption capacity, non-toxicity, good thermal stability, fast filtration speed and low oil yield.
When the activated clay is used quantitatively under stirring, it is directly added to the material under stirring, and after stirring for a certain period of time, the purpose of purification can be achieved. Activated clay will perform better when the material is heated.
YH-1060 activated clay is mainly used for refining edible vegetable oil.
