Product Description
The 3-Color High Range Protein Marker is a ready-to-use three-color protein standard containing 12 prestained proteins covering a wide range of molecular weights from 10 to 245 kDa in Tris-Glycine buffer (9 to 245 kDa in Bis-Glycine buffer). 235 kDa) Tris (MOPS) buffer and Bis-Tris (MES) buffer from 10 to 235 kDa. When separated on SDS-PAGE (Tris-glycine buffer), the protein is colored with blue color except for two reference bands (one green and one red at 25 kDa and 75 kDa, respectively) group covalent coupling. 3-color prestained protein marker designed to monitor protein separation during SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, verify protein transfer efficiency on membranes (PVDF, nylon, or nitrocellulose), and approximate protein size
