The Roadphalt Colored Cold Mix Asphalt Concrete Surface System is an efficient construction solution. Rapid prototyping of road-use colored cold modified asphalt mixture using paving equipment. The system adopts a unique OGFC-5 open gradation skeleton void structure, and the pavement porosity can reach more than 12%. The molding thickness is 0.7-1.5cm.

1. Greatly reduce the cost of asphalt materials

The thickness of the conventional colored hot-mix asphalt concrete surface is generally not less than 3cm, while the construction thickness of the road asphalt colored cold-mix asphalt concrete surface of this system is only 0.7-1.5cm, and the material consumption is reduced by 50%.

2. Colorful

The cold mixing technology has not been tested at high temperature, and the molecular composition of the pigment has not changed, so it can keep the color bright and durable.

1. Pavement pretreatment

The original pavement should be dried and cleaned. In addition, the flatness and curvature of the road should meet the construction requirements.

2. Feeding

It is best transported with a dump truck, especially for large constructions. Suitable lifting equipment should be available on site.

3. Paving

We recommend using a paving machine with a paving thickness of 0.7-1.5cm. If the construction is in a small area, manual paving can be used. To avoid segregation, the thickness and smoothness of the pavement should be controlled.

4. Rolling

After paving, the rolling should be completed within 0.5-1 hour, and the static pressure should be 3-4 times with a double-drum roller.

5. Open traffic 

After 24 hours, pavement is completed and it can be opened to traffic. If you need to turn on traffic faster, just make sure the asphalt (road surface) is completely dry
