What is UHMWPE:

Properties of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipes

Chemical Resistance: Excellent resistance to a wide range of chemical agents, allowing UHMWPE pipe to be used in tailings piping and chemical processing applications used in mining operations.
Reduced pumping costs due to excellent smooth surfaces and less frictional losses. The surface roughness of UHMWPE pipes is between Ra 0.16~0.22μm. Less friction, less pressure loss and greatly reduced energy input to deliver the same result.
