Introduction to Pingdingshan Kaiyuan Special Graphite Co., Ltd.
Pingdingshan Kaiyuan Special Graphite Co., Ltd. was established in May 2008. Mainly engaged in special graphite production and deep processing of graphite products. We are located in Shenlou West Village, Weidong District, Pingdingshan City. Originated from Pingdingshan Shenlou Carbon Factory. It is a new company established after technology development and product transformation. The company's project belongs to the National Torch Program, a national key new product. We have a strong technical team. There are more than 200 employees, including 54 with college degree or above, and 26 R&D personnel.
We have a complete isostatic graphite production line and molded graphite production line. The main equipment includes: 1 LDJ1250/3200-200YS cold isostatic press, 1 12,500-ton molding press, 2 4R pendulum grinders, 2 1500L kneading machines, 2 25KG high-pressure impregnation containers, automatic weighing and conveying , Cooling system, 3 energy-saving and environment-friendly calcination kilns. The annual output is 2,500 tons of isostatic graphite and 3,500 tons of molded graphite.
Both isostatic graphite and molded graphite are new materials. Graphite has the characteristics of good electrical conductivity, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high purity, self-lubrication, thermal shock resistance, isotropy, and easy precision machining. It is an irreplaceable material for single crystal furnaces and metal continuous casting. Graphite for EDM Crystallizers and graphite electrodes are also the best choice for making rocket nozzles, graphite reactor reducing materials and reflective materials.
