Fully refined paraffin wax is a synthetic paraffin wax used to improve product surface lubricants.

Product Detail

Product Description
Synthetic paraffin is a synthetic hydrocarbon polymerized by the Fischer-Tropsch method or the ethylene zwitterion method. Synthetic hydrocarbons undergo solvent degreasing or vacuum distillation to produce synthetic paraffin waxes with different melting points. Synthetic paraffins are not dependent on petroleum resource endowments, and all specifications are available according to synthesis or separation schemes. Generally speaking, this product has a higher n-ratio than paraffin wax and is available in a wider range of melting points.
Features
  • It is non-toxic, odorless, non-corrosive, has a high softening point, low viscosity and good chemical stability, and has good compatibility with rubber, plastic, paraffin and other materials.

  • Mainly used in plastics, rubber, elastomer and other industries, it has excellent internal lubrication ability and fluidity.

  • It can better promote the dispersion of pigments and fillers.

  • Better lubrication with the mold, making the product surface brighter.
