With selected fused quartz as the main raw material, it is processed by modern ceramic technology, and is mainly used for smelting high-temperature alloys such as dental alloys, platinum, and gold. It has high temperature resistance, high purity, corrosion resistance, high strength and high thermal shock resistance.
Features
1. Quartz crucible can be used below 1450 degrees, divided into transparent and opaque. It has the advantages of high purity, strong temperature resistance, large size, high precision, good heat preservation, energy saving, and stable quality. 2. Do not touch high frequency. It is easy to react with caustic soda and alkali metal carbonate at high temperature. 3. The quartz crucible is suitable for melting samples with K2S2O7 and KHSO4 as fluxes and treating samples with na2s2O7 (dried before 212°C) as fluxes. 4. Quartz is brittle and fragile. Be careful when using it.
