Lipase LP-10 is a powder preparation made from Aspergillus niger through submerged fermentation, extraction and refining processes. Its high activity and conversion rate make LP-10 not only hydrolyze fat to generate monoglyceride or diglyceride and free fatty acid, but also catalyze the synthesis and transesterification of ester.

The effect of pH
Lipase LP-10 is effective over a wide pH range from 3 to 12. see picture 1.
Effect of temperature
Lipase LP-10 has an effective temperature range of 15 to 60°C and an optimum temperature range of 35 to 55°C. See Figure 2.
storage
This enzyme is formulated for optimal stability. Typical shelf life is six months, provided it is kept sealed and unopened in the original packaging below 25°C and protected from sunlight. Properly stored at 0-10°C, the shelf life is 18 months. Prolonged storage and/or adverse conditions (such as high temperatures) may result in higher dosage requirements.
Security and Handling
Inhalation of enzyme dust and mist should be avoided. In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water for at least 15 minutes. For detailed handling information, see Material Safety Data Sheet.
