It has one 500-ton vertical hydraulic press, two 315-ton vertical extruders and 315-ton molding machines, six 500-cubic-liter mixing and clamping tanks, 10 lower ventilation kilns, 19 various C-630 and C- 620 lathe, and four workshops of milling, extrusion, baking and machining. Our main products include natural graphite electrodes, artificial graphite electrodes (including RP and HP graphite electrodes, special processed graphite electrodes, hollow graphite rods, pitch, resin or wax impregnated graphite electrodes), shaped graphite products and thin fabric graphite anode plates. These products are mainly used in metallurgy and petrochemical industries. In addition, our company has built a new factory on the basis of the old factory since 2007, with workshops for milling, extrusion, baking, and impregnation, and purchased 2 new hydraulic presses (using 800 tons of hydraulic presses on both sides) for high-purity graphite products and 800-ton vertical hydraulic press for various graphite electrodes). The baking and dipping workshops were put into operation at the end of 2007. The 800-ton bilateral hydraulic press and the 800-ton vertical hydraulic press were put into operation in October 2008. Our company is undergoing the second technical transformation and building a new circular down-leading kiln, two pit-type baking kilns and a new graphitization, machining and finishing workshop.
