Prions Biotech Calcium Nitrate Horticultural Grade is a high purity calcium fertilizer that dissolves quickly and completely. Our product has limited sensitivity to caking and is recommended to be used from early spring until fruit set and fruit development. High levels of calcium increase the strength of cell walls during active cell division phases. The presence of nitrogen has a positive effect on calcium uptake by plants.
