Lost Wax Jewelry Casting Process
Post-processing of ON-999 Jewelry Resin
1- Cleaning - After printing, parts attached to the build plate are cleaned with ethanol (>%90) or isopropanol (>%90) for 5 minutes. - Make sure the alcohol completely covers the parts when cleaning. - Use a brush to remove uncured resin if needed. - Do not over wash, this may result in poor part dimensions. 2- Drying - Use an air compressor to dry the washed section. - Make sure the part is dry and fully cleaned of uncured resin. - If there is still uncured resin on the part, clean it with fresh alcohol and dry again. 3- Part Removal - Use a scraping tool to remove printed parts from the build plate. Be careful not to damage your hands and model. - Store resin vials at room temperature (20-24 °C) away from light and moisture. *Always wear gloves during the post process!
