Construction method:
1. Keep it clean and dry.
2. Apply the tape over the crack and press firmly.
3. Make sure the gap is covered with tape, then cut off the excess tape with a knife, and finally brush the mortar.
4. Let it air dry, then sand lightly.
5. Fill with enough paint to make the surface smooth.
6. Cut off the leaking tape. Then, notice that all the cracks have been properly patched and finish up around the seams with a fine compound to give it a good new finish.
