Glass Fiber Chopped Strand Mat-Secondemulsion adhesive
E-Glass Emulsion Chopped Strand Mats are made of randomly distributed chopped strands held more tightly by emulsion binders. It is compatible with UP, VE, EP resins. It is compatible with UP, VE, EP, PF resins. Roll widths range from 50mm to 3300mm. Additional requirements for wetting and decomposition times are available upon request. It is designed for hand lay-up, filament winding, compression molding and continuous lamination processes.

Unless otherwise specified, chopped strand mat should be stored in a dry, cool place, protected from rain. It is recommended that the room temperature and humidity be kept at 15°C~35°C and 35%~65% respectively.
Each chopped strand mat is wound on a paper tube with an internal diameter of 76 mm, and the mat roll is 275 mm in diameter. Pad rolls are wrapped in plastic film and then packed in cardboard boxes or wrapped in kraft paper. Volumes can be placed vertically or horizontally. For shipping, the rolls can be packed directly into cans or placed on pallets.
End uses include ships, plumbing fixtures, automotive components, chemically resistant piping, storage tanks, cooling towers and building components.
