Nitrite and nitrates that do not contain nitrous acid, such as dicyclohexylammonium, are safe. Has no effect on plastics.Purpose:1. Suitable for precision molds, export molds, mold manufacturing, and mold preservation. 2. It is suitable for rust prevention of parts in the process of mechanical equipment processing, storage and transportation.Advantage:- Ultra-thin, volatile molecular weight protective film. - Excellent rust resistance in outdoor air, salt, chemical or corrosive atmospheres or harsh conditions. - Does not clog pores. Even wrinkled and mirror-finished molds can be cleaned without any effect. - Even when used in injection molds, there will be no oil stains from the first injection after compression molding. - Operating temperature range -40 - C - 110.
