Precautions | As the number of workpieces to be cleaned increases, the dirt content in the cleaning agent will also increase, which will directly affect the wax removal effect. Therefore, we recommend adding 1-2% wax remover stock solution to the tank liquid at least once a week for continuous use. In general, it is recommended to replace the tank with fresh fluid every 15 days. |
instruct | Use 1:20-30 water to prepare the working solution, soak or scrub the workpiece to be treated in the above solution, if the ultrasonic treatment is used, the effect will be better. The best operating temperature of this product is 60~80℃. Cleaning time depends on how dirty the surface is. Generally, it only takes 10-15 minutes to clean thoroughly. |
