| Packaging Details: | Roving can be packed in small cardboard boxes or on pallets. The packing weight is 17kg or 20kg. In case of pallet size, each package is wrapped with shrink plastic film. Each pallet contains three or four layers of 16 packages per layer (48 or 64 total per pallet). direct rovingis a collection of specified quantities of untwisted continuous filaments produced by drawing directly from a sleeve and winding onto a cylindrical package. Suitable for pultrusion and filament winding processes for infinite length rods, tubes and structural products with high strength and high fiber content.

Direct roving is a roving made by winding a certain number of single fibers directly from a sleeve. It is coated with a silane-based size designed to reinforce unsaturated polyester, epoxy, vinyl ester and phenolic resins.
Specially used in the production of FRP and FRP pipes, pressure vessels, grilles, and profiles, which are processed into woven rovings, boats, and chemical storage tanks through filament winding, pultrusion, and weaving processes.

Package:
The roving is manufactured in the form of shrink rolls wrapped in PE film, stacked in 36, 48 or 64 rolls per carton.
Storage:
This product should be stored in a dry, cool, clean and rain-proof place. The recommended storage temperature range is between 15°C-35°C and the relative humidity is between 35%-65%.
