Precaution
1. This product contains oxidizing ingredients. When using, please strictly distinguish them to prevent cross-fluxing, so as not to cause the solution to fail.
2. According to our research experience, it is not recommended to use acid solutions containing Cl- ions (such as HCl, NaCl, etc.) for the pretreatment of the pickling/activation process. If it cannot be avoided due to special reasons, please soak the workpiece in 70-80℃ hot water for 3-5 minutes after pickling before passivation.
3. For occasions that require high passivation performance, it is recommended that the content of chloride ions in the purified water not exceed 25ppm.
4. If the workpiece has holes or is difficult to clean, it is recommended to neutralize it with 2-5% Na2CO3/NaOH solution after passivation, and the effect will be better.
5. This product can generally be treated at room temperature, and heating is not recommended.
Quality index inspection method
Determination of total acidity: pipette 1ml of working solution into a 250ml Erlenmeyer flask, add 80ml of distilled water to dilute and shake well, add 3-5 drops of 0.5% phenolphthalein indicator, titrate with 0.5mol/l NaOH standard solution to red as the end point, consume The number n of milliliters of the standard solution is the total acidity NPT. The preparation method of phenolphthalein indicator: Take 0.5g of phenolphthalein, dissolve it in ethanol (above 80%), and dilute to 100ml without adding water.
pH measurement:
Dilute this product 20 times with deionized water, and then measure the reading directly with a precision pH meter with an accuracy of ±0.01. Density measurement: Choose a precision hydrometer with a range of 1.0-1.1, which can be measured directly with an accuracy of ±0.01, or use a precision glass float meter with a range of 1.0-1.1.

1. Those who use this product for the first time should read the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) carefully. Inexperienced persons should use it under the guidance of professionals. Small batch samples can be mass produced after passing the test. This product is used at room temperature. Considering the climate characteristics of northern my country, the temperature in winter should be greater than 15°C.
2. Put the cleaned workpiece into this product for 8-15 minutes, rinse it with clean water, dry it and pack it.
3. If the shape of the workpiece is complex and it is difficult to clean after passivation, it is recommended to use 2-5% NaOH/Na2CO3 solution for neutralization.
