Product Description
stainless steel chemical polish
1. Product code: Q/YS.306 (Yishun brand)
2. Product range:The product can be used for chemical polishing treatment of 304#, 316#, 201#, 207#, 301# series stainless steel, and the polished stainless steel can achieve mirror polishing effect. No power required, just heat and soak. Suitable for small stainless steel parts and irregular stainless steel parts.
3. Product indicators:The product is scientifically formulated with two pharmacies, A and B. B: light yellow transparent liquid, specific gravity: ±0.05, acidic A: light yellow transparent liquid, specific gravity: 1.15～1.20, acidic.
4. How to use:
①The product consists of two parts, A agent and B agent. When in use, AB and water are formulated into a working fluid according to the volume ratio of A:B:water=1:2:3, and the working fluid should be packed in a plastic container. The order of feeding is: water→B→A. Heat to 90℃±5℃ with an acid-resistant quartz tube. ② Soak the surface of the stainless steel parts free of oil and dirt in the polishing solution at 90°C ± 5°C for about 30 seconds to 2 minutes, then take out the workpiece and wash it with water. Do not overlap the workpiece soaking process, and do not overlap with the container wall and bottom, so as not to affect the uniformity of polishing. ③Replenish according to A:B=1:2 a small amount of supplement, do not add water.
