Product Description
1. Pull out the old carbon sheet and clean the inside; 2. Open both sides, check whether there are sundries, and clean it; 3. After installing the new carbon sheet, pay attention to the correct direction; 4. The carbon sheet and the end surface of the shaft must not be stained with Grease. Oil stains will affect the free movement of the carbon sheet, and the carbon sheet will break after operation; 5. After the carbon sheet is placed, turn the shaft by hand to see that the carbon sheet can stretch freely; 6. Use two screws to gently lock the front cover , turn the shaft slightly to check whether it runs smoothly (sometimes the carbon sheet is not placed correctly, and the screw locking force is too strong will cause the diagonal of the carbon sheet to be damaged)

When installing the carbon sheet, pay attention to the direction of the carbon sheet, and the bevel angle is 45 degrees; 3. Regularly maintain the air pump bearing and add high-temperature grease; 5. The air intake filter element should maintain good working performance and be replaced regularly Maintenance (It is recommended to clean with an air gun for 3-5 months, and replace it once a year); 6. The size of the worn carbon sheet must be accurately measured. Worn carbon plates are hard to come by with exact specifications. Please measure from the groove of the rotor to the cylinder wall, leaving a small amount of space (the expansion coefficient of the carbon sheet must be considered, the expansion of the carbon sheet will be crushed from both ends); 7.
