1. Lipase:

Activity definition:

2.Alkaline protease:

Activity definition:

4. Combination of three enzymes

(1). Lipase can hydrolyze triglycerides into diglycerides, monoglycerides and free fatty acids to remove grease and grease from clothes.

(2). Alkaline protease degrades proteins into water-soluble peptides and amino acids.

(3). Amylase can hydrolyze the 1, 4-α glycosidic bonds in amylose and quickly degrade gelatinized starch into soluble dextrin and oligosaccharides.
