introduce
β-glucanase is produced from Trichoderma reesei through cultivation and extraction techniques.This product is rich in β-glucanase, which can effectively catalyze the conversion of β-glucan in plants into low-molecular substances such as glucose, thereby reducing the viscosity of processed plants. Therefore, if used for saccharification in the beer industry, this product can obviously speed up the filtration and solve the problem of high viscosity.
