Product Description
HG-1540: The wax emulsion is a non-toxic, odorless, non-corrosive non-ionic wax emulsion. Its paper release agent has the advantages of acid resistance, alkali resistance, hard water resistance, strong water solubility, stable emulsion, no need to dilute in any proportion with water, no demulsification, no caking, long shelf life, high solid content, good dispersibility, etc.

Overprint Varnish:
The wax in HG-1540 is relatively hard, which is very suitable for water-based brightener of paper and film packaging materials, and the dosage is 2-10% of the whole formula.

Printing ink:

Improve paper toughness
usage:
Spray the oxidized polyethylene wax emulsion evenly on the surface of the leather fabric. It is recommended to add 5%~10%. The specific amount needs to be adjusted according to your company's system.
Differentiation:
The higher the density of the oxidized polyethylene wax emulsion, the better the melting point, the harder the film and the finer the particle size. The better the quality, the finer the texture and the better the effect.
