Method of use 1. The recommended dosage of HJC-40 is as follows (weight % of cement): 0.25%-0.8%. 2. It can be mixed with metric water or added to the concrete mixer. The recommended stirring time is at least 150s. Concrete mixing test should be carried out before use to ensure the quality of concrete. 3. It can be compounded with retarder, defoamer, breather, sodium lignosulfonate, etc. 4. HJC-40 products are sold as raw materials. It is not recommended to use HJC40 products directly in concrete or other materials without formula mixing. Compatibility of HJC-40 products with specific cements, aggregates and other raw materials in the application is not guaranteed. It should be obtained by the user through trials and formulation techniques. Scope of application 1. HJC-40 is a high-efficiency water reducer used in construction and cast-in-place concrete premixes. 2. It is especially suitable for high-strength concrete such as railways, ports, transportation, bridges, and electric power. 3. It is suitable for preparing high-strength, high-durability, self-compacting, steel fiber, and self-leveling concrete.
