High Efficiency Silent Crusher / HSCA (is a powdery efficient and safe crushing material, used for safe demolition of concrete buildings and mining cutting of marble and granite. After 3~8 hours, the mixed slurry can be crushed or cut without vibration, dry sound, fly Stone or harmful gas. This product has been widely used and sold abroad for many years.
application:
Usage and Precautions:
1. Appropriate and effective silent crushing dosage forms should be selected according to the construction environment temperature, and they should not be mixed at will. When it is used to break reinforced concrete, part of the surrounding steel bars should be cut first.
2. HSCA mixing: Pour water with a weight ratio of 28~35% (1:3) into the container, then add it, and stir it into a liquid uniform slurry with a manipulator or a hand wearing rubber gloves. For construction below 5°C, it can be mixed with water at about 40°C.
3.HSCAfilling: The filling hole must be cleared before filling, and there can be no water and sundries to fill the operation. It can be used directly or pumped into the hole with grouting pressure. The filling hole must be dense and non-clogging. Orifice horizontal or inclined should be used in thick cement shape Knead into the hole and tamp the mixed slurry within 10 minutes after filling the hole, otherwise the fluidity and crushing action will reduce the occurrence of cracks in the front of the grout, and the construction personnel must wear protective clothing. Glasses and holes should not be restricted by the appearance, so as to Anti-thousand spray.
4.HSCAPickling: No need to pickle in spring, summer and autumn. In winter, straw mats should be covered to keep warm.
